At Golden Bird, we ensure every product is checked thoroughly before shipping. However, in the rare case of any issue, we offer a return or exchange only under the following conditions.


βœ… Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  1. The product is defective or damaged

  2. The product is of the wrong size

  3. The product is of a different color/design than what was ordered


πŸ“Ή Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To process any return, exchange, or refund:

  • You must provide a full, unedited unboxing video

  • The video should start before the parcel is opened and clearly show:

    • The outer packaging with shipping label

    • The product being removed from the packaging

    • The issue (defect, size, or color mismatch)

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your request.


❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept return, exchange, or refund requests for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Wrong size selection by customer (without size issue from our end)

  • Any request without full unboxing video proof

  • Products that are used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Accessories (if applicable) unless defective

  1. Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order ID

    • Clear description of the issue

    • The full unboxing video

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return pickup details.

  3. Product must be returned:

    • Unused and in original packaging

    • With tags and invoice included

Once the returned product passes our inspection, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 working days.


πŸ’Έ Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • A replacement is not available for your defective/wrong product

  • The issue is confirmed by our quality team upon receiving the returned product

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval, via the original payment method or bank transfer.
